Terms & Conditions – Life’s Li’l Goodies

Welcome to Life’s Li’l Goodies, a homemade bakery based in Muscat, Oman. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed in line with common practices followed by home bakeries and dessert businesses in the Muscat region.

1. Orders & Confirmation

All orders must be placed through our official communication channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, website, or phone call. Orders are considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team and advance payment (if applicable).

2. Advance Payment

Customized cakes, dessert boxes, and bulk orders require advance payment to secure the booking date. The advance amount is non-refundable once preparation has begun.

3. Custom Cake Designs

We do our best to match the requested design, colors, and theme; however, as all products are handmade, slight variations may occur. Images shared by customers are used only as inspiration and not exact replicas.

4. Ingredients & Allergies

Our bakery products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and chocolate. Customers are responsible for informing us about any allergies before placing an order. Life’s Li’l Goodies will not be liable for allergic reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.

5. Freshness & Storage

All baked items are freshly prepared. Customers are advised to store cakes and desserts according to the instructions provided:

  • Refrigerated items should be kept chilled.

  • Fondant cakes should be stored in a cool, air-conditioned environment.

  • Products should be consumed within the recommended time for best taste and quality.

6. Delivery Policy

Delivery timings are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather, or location within Muscat. Customers must ensure correct delivery details and availability at the delivery location. Additional charges may apply for distant areas or urgent deliveries.

7. Pickup Responsibility

For self-pickup orders, customers are responsible for handling and transporting the cake carefully after collection. We are not responsible for damages occurring after pickup.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before delivery may qualify for partial refund.

  • Orders cancelled within 24–48 hours may not be eligible for refund due to preparation costs.

  • Same-day orders and customized items are strictly non-refundable.

9. Product Availability

Certain products, decorations, flowers, toppers, or seasonal ingredients may be unavailable occasionally. In such cases, suitable replacements of equal quality may be used without prior notice.

10. Photography & Social Media

We may photograph our products for promotional use on social media, website, and marketing materials unless the customer specifically requests otherwise.

11. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on ingredient costs, customization, seasonal demand, and delivery location.

12. Liability

Life’s Li’l Goodies is not liable for damages caused by improper storage, mishandling after delivery, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Life’s Li’l Goodies, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
